Margaret River Gourmet Escape announced their international headline guest chef, Marco Pierre White, at an intimate media launch held at Guillaume restaurant. MC Magdalena Roze held a Q&A with Guillaume and Marco to discuss the culinary festival, whilst guests indulged in Guillaume’s outstanding food.

We recently hosted a progressive lunch to celebrate the beautiful and bountiful kitchen gardens at both CHISWICK Woollahra, and the brand new garden CHISWICK at the Art Gallery of NSW. The lunch began with entrees, cocktails and a chat with head gardener Peter Hatfield at CHISWICK Woollahra, who talked about the seasonal produce they grow to use directly from the garden to your plate.
Din Tai Fung has opened their first venue outside Sydney and their biggest venue in Australia, at Emporium Melbourne. There have been queues out the door everyday – the people of Melbourne have gone mad for Xiao Long Bao.
Our fabulous friends at Waterman’s Lobster Co. opened in Potts Point in May and everyone has lobster roll fever. Waterman’s serves classic New England lobster rolls, the two authentic styles, Maine and Connecticut. The fun part is deciding which one you prefer- our office is split 50/50.
