Our fabulous friends at Waterman’s Lobster Co. opened in Potts Point in May and everyone has lobster roll fever. Waterman’s serves classic New England lobster rolls, the two authentic styles, Maine and Connecticut. The fun part is deciding which one you prefer- our office is split 50/50.
And down to those rolls. The lobster actually does taste different – it’s sweet, firm and meaty, served in hunks drenched in warm butter and stuffed into a super-soft toasted roll.
