Over four days, this October long weekend, one of Sydney’s best waterfront drinking and dining destinations, Opera Bar will be throwing a Rosé All Day Festival dedicated to everyone’s favourite pink drink.
The Rosé All Day Festival will showcase a selection of wines including Yangarra Pet Nat Sparkling (McLaren Vale), Craggy Range Rosé (Hawkes Bay New Zealand), AIX Rosé (Provence, France) and Pink Claw Grenache Rosé (Mornington Peninsula, Victoria), in the Rosé Room, a temporary takeover of Opera Bar’s Meat & Cheese Room.
With more Australians drinking pink than ever before, this event will showcase why this drop is rivalling the longstanding popularity of chardonnay and shiraz. Mix it up with summer’s hottest drinks, frosé and the Opera Bar Rosé Spritz, a twist on the classic spritz.
A selection of oyster platters and cheese plates will be on the menu, curated to complement the rosé.
There will be live music throughout the weekend as guests experience sweeping views of Sydney’s skyline. Tickets are now on sale, and the first 50 people to arrive each day, will receive a flower crown or lei. Everyone is encouraged to get in the spirit by wearing splash of pink!
